On time and exactly as ordered (the dimensions were tight and bespoke). The finish was excellent and the customer support was very good too. Easily 5 stars - worth the money

Chuffed to bits with my new alcove shelving. At first I was a bit worried about how good a fit I would get and how strong the shelves would be, but I was carefully guided through the measuring process and what type of supports would be best. The results are as good as if they shelves had been built on site. I went for a walnut veneer finish, which looks great. The installation initially seemed a bit daunting but quickly made sense and with a bit of care and patience each shelf slotted neatly into the alcove.

I just wanted to drop a review to thank Andy for going above and beyond on not only rushing our order through but also spending hours helping to track down the FedEx delivery which was delivered to the wrong address (no fault of Topshelf!) Topshelf always delivery a top product and we look forward to continuing to work with Andy and his team. Frankie Evolving Spaces Ltd

Just finished installing my first floating shelf order from TopShelf UK. Very pleased and had no trouble with solid installation using supplied concealed brackets but I used some smaller wall plugs and screws than the provided hardware as my shelf is fairly small and not going to carry much load. Very pleased by helpful service including manufacturer who phoned me to confirm where I wanted bracket positions in shelf (as I needed to avoid a possible conflict with wiring in wall). Finish of shelf seems excellent. Just have to find so e other spots around my home now so I can order more! Thanks

We ordered 5 shelves from TopShelf, we went for floating due to the walls on either side not being even, rather than the alcove fit. The customer service was great as one of the shelves we ordered was wider and they talked me through the better option of a rebar fit for the bottom shelf to have better security. The shelves are absolutely gorgeous and are well made. There was a bit of a hiccup due to the delivery company but the team at TopShelf remedied the issues very swiftly. We've just had them installed and they look amazing! Would definitely order from here again.

Ordered 8 alcove shelves and 4 or 5 radiator top shelves, in veneer to save a little. All very high quality and perfect finish. Very well packaged, and on time. They are heavy as they are solid, so brackets are quite large. Called to check measurements with me as I needed different front and back of shelf lengths due to old walls!

Awesome floating shelves along 8 meters of wall with invisible joins - couldn’t be happier. Loads of support selecting the right product and guidance on adjusting the fixings. Would happily recommend!
